Welcome one and all to an alliteratve reimagining of our little group as community! I will be sharing my recs for this week in the comments, and hope you will share what you have been reading as well. Please glance over the rules before commenting, but I don't think I actually changed so much as codified what we already do.

I think all you need to know is that all three characters in this story are more than human as avatars of different fears. Peter is the avatar of the Lonely, fear of being left behind, isolated, etc. Jon is the avatar of Beholding, the fear of being watched. In this AU Martin is the avatar of Desolation, aka The Lightless Flame, basically fire and destruction without creation or befit. Important side effect Martin burns what he touches. Also, Jon is the canon asexual character but he doesn't talk about it, in the episode we only found out because his ex Georgie mentioned it to a mutual friend/coworker, so it makes sense he (or is at least in character) that he hasn't told Martin.
