This one I did read this week, and is an interesting take on kidfic. 3 year old Peter is neither presented as the cause of them getting back together or a barrier to their relationship, but as a kid and part of a package deal with Tony. Whether or not he liked Steve was presented as a factor in how Tony dealt with Steve but Peter didn't instantly take to him as a new dad, and liked or not the stress of introducing a new person into their home in a stressful situation was addressed.

I've just finished Good Omens and am working my way through Gentleman Jack. This is a cool crossover between the two, expanding a scene where Anne is playing cards in the pub and gets dragged out, with an additional character. Both this and the companion piece take the best of both shows and run with them.

Date: 2019-07-15 06:02 am (UTC)Hard to say, off the top of my head having an able bodied actor playing a wheelchair user who iirc is hung up on walking again has some potential problems but I don't remember anything glaringly Problematic by today's pov. The pulse or whatever they called it saves it from some of the jaring "why are they using CRTs in the future?" stuff you sometimes get with Sci-fi.
