Geralt almost looks as though he’s smiling, which is to be expected. Jaskier’s unearned misfortune is the only thing that reliably seems to amuse him. The fact that this almost makes his unearned misfortune worth the trouble is definitely a sign that his priorities have been severely warped by sustained contact with Geralt’s particular brand of insanity.

Rec: This is delightful! It feels like the voice stays very true to the characters. You'll probably want canon knowledge to enjoy this fic, though knowledged of any version of the Witcher will do.

Rec: This is like someone looked at The Mandalorian and went "what if we make this even MORE found family?" and it's GREAT. Also, conflict between liberal and conservative interpretations of Mandalorian culture! Without vilifying either side because both have their reasons! Ooooooh it's so tasty. Canon knowledge required: you don't need to know more about the series than what you got from tumblr and twitter spamming Baby Yodito gifs, but knowing a little bit about Mandalorian culture will help.

Rec: This is essentially someone going "okay, but what was The Mandalorian thinking throughout the show?" and writing it. Very much about the internal mindscape of the main character and how he comes to terms, more or less, that he's the Child's father. I really believed in the characterisations here! Canon knowledge required: it's probably more fun if you've actually watched the show, but that certainly didn't stop me.

This one was completed with only 3 things, and I confess I'm curious about the other secrets, but I understand needing to declare a story finished. I ran across it the other day and was absolutely delighted. The secrets we get are amazing-- this is a lovely story about Steve and the others helping Natasha explore some fantasies-- people who care about each other explore kinks together.
