I thought I checked all the links before I posted, but when I did a post-check, one went to a story I've never even seen, in a fandom I don't read! *mutters darkly about computers out to get us* So weird. I copy/paste the URLs directly from the story I'm recc'ing; how could that happen? *shrugs helplessly*
So, to repeat what I said earlier --
Which ones, which ones? I saved a lot of recs over our holiday hiatus; I don't want to overload the system in one post. Besides, then I wouldn't have anything for the next weeks. But is this one "better" or "more worthy"? Will that one wait for another post? (Well, of course it will, but should it go to the head of the line?) Decisions, decisions...
I've discovered one big problem (ha!) to making these recs -- when I review the stories, I tend to get sucked in again; oh, the pain! <g> It takes a long time to put these together. <snicker>

Other: And he definitely doesn’t turn his life around to become a good father, or use that as a springboard for dealing with the rest of his exile. Touching and sweet, and a believable scenario.
Author Summary: In which Nile misses the way Christmas used to be, Booker makes an emergency candy run, and the team pulls off a surprise gingerbread house competition for the history books.

Ohhh some excellent recs there! I've bookmarked the one about baklava and nile and the boys. The one with Booker and the baby was just perfect, i think they really nailed his character there. Thank you :)
